Extend user profile to allow adding configurable tabs -up to a certain number of tabs- as per organization needs

It is not clear which number is compeleted courses and which is enrollment.

The idea is about adding an approval cycle for the assessment before being able to publish it, so the training coordinator can review then give the approve to share the assessment with the trainees or to ask the instructor to adjust anything/ word...
