Overall Satisfaction : Adding number of satisfaction surveys received
It is showing only the percentage and it does not show any numbers of satisfaction surveys received, so if there are 2 users only submitted their feedback the numbers will be changed.
It is required to show the number for replies. So if 2 replies are received, so it will show "2 Rating(s)". The number of people eligibe to reply to this survey is not important and it will be misleading. We just need to know how many ratings are submitted.
