New assignment need to be added on LearningCurve as new type of activity, assessment like.

So Trainer can assign new Task to the trainees (Or Specific trainee) and mark it as completed after checking the proof of documents uploaded by the trainee and evaluate it based on some criteria

Otherwise we can build a Task management on LearningCurve to support the Task assignment different scenarios, to be as a part of the track/course completion criteria or certification process
