Sorting values of Country alphabetically

While editing the user profile, values of Country dropdown shall be sorted alphabetically as per the loaded language. For Example:

In case the loaded language is "English", so it shall be sorted in English.

In case the loaded language is "Arabic", so it shall be sorted in Arabic.

Check the attached screenshots for the below:
1. Country is not sorted alphabetically in Arabic view.
2. Add a new country and check it in the screen in the English view, it is added at the end of the dropdown and it is not sorted alphabetically
