Employees have to have clear what is expected from them and to which extent they are achieving this. We need to inform them of:
- Training hours achieved vs assigned
- KPIs achieved vs assigned
These 2 leaderboards have to be on both the browser and mobile apps, and has to be really prominent and remarkable (always on top). 2 different leaderboards, pointing out "You are on position number 27 in your department" or "You are among the best 20% of your department regarding training / KPIs achievement)".
