As you know all SaaS clients are using one support link to report their issues on HubSpot ticketing system and we have a new business case with ITI client as they should handle L1 and L2 support, so we will need to add the ITI tickting system link for them. I suggest asking users first "From which organization do you belong" and redirecting them to a specific ticketing system or form as well.
